A great alternative to ALT+CLT+DEL is to use RUN to open up Task Manager.
1. Click Start
2. Click RUN
3. Type the command TASKMRG
4. Enjoy closing out programs

this program is alot better than noral task manager, and easy to use, you can set it so that it opens when you push clt alt del,
